It was completed in 1911 and was once the leading producer of money, securities, and other types of printed and engraved products. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application to facilitate the development of a mixed-use building. The building is located in Brooklyn and will be used as residential and commercial space. The building is tentatively known as New Lots Plaza. The application, C 080228 ZMK, is being considered concurrently with this application.

The building is located within the Special Tribeca Mixed Use District in Manhattan and is currently vacant.
MCP SO Strategic 56, LP submitted an application for a special permit to facilitate the construction of a public parking garage. It will be located on the ground floor, cellar and sub-cellar of a new mixed-use development, located at 31-37 West 56th Street in Manhattan. The building is known as the Centurion.
The Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for acquisition of property by the city. This will facilitate the continued operation of the Glenwood Road sewer maintenance unit, located at 1095 East 45th Street and Glenwood Road in Brooklyn. The site is currently occupied by the Department of Environmental Protection.
The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which will revise and introduce new regulations to the resolution. These regulations will promote green streetscapes, address safety in front yards and increase the amount of open space on sites. These actions will facilitate the Mayor's PlaNYC 2030 proposal.
