The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which will revise and introduce new regulations to the resolution. These regulations will promote green streetscapes, address safety in front yards and increase the amount of open space on sites. These actions will facilitate the Mayor's PlaNYC 2030 proposal.
