This will facilitate the construction of a hotel at 79 Crosby street and 246 Lafayette street, between Spring and Prince streets, in Manhattan. The space is currently occupied by a mixed-use structure.

Improvements include the creation of a pedestrian/bicycle path alongside Food Center Drive and an outdoor public space with waterfront access. This will promote a sustainable and working community, with optimized land uses and improved transportation connections.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the F. W. Devoe & Co. Factory Building, located at 110-112 Horatio Street in the Far West Village of Manhattan, as a city landmark. It was built between 1882 and 1883 and is a surviving example of the industrial structures that once occupied much of the neighborhood. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
The Department of Transportation, the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for site selection and acquisition of easements in the Bronx and Manhattan. This will facilitate the construction and use of a pedestrian and bicycle pathway, also known as Randall's Island Connector. An access point from the Bronx to Randall's Island, Manhattan will be created.

The area affected by this action is bounded by West 42nd Street, West 41st Street, Dyer Avenue and Eleventh Avenue, and this will help facilitate the expansion of Midtown's central business district, expand residential neighborhoods, and regulate development adjacent to new parks and open space. It was constructed in 1853-1854 and represents Romanesque Revival style architecture. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted a Notice of Intent to acquire the property located at 974 Morris Park Avenue in the Bronx. This property will be used as office space by the Administration for Children's Services.
The New York City Police Department (NYPD) and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for site selection of city-owned land in Springfield Gardens, Queens. This space will be used as a vehicle impoundment facility, holding cars impounded by the NYPD for forfeiture, drunk-driving arrests and evidence gathering procedures after accidents. This will replace the current facility within the College Point Industrial Urban Renewal Area.
