The Mayor’s Office Quarter 1 FY 2024 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Equal Employment Quarterly Report evaluates the progress of measures, actions, programs, initiatives, trainings, and activities described in the Annual DEI-EEO Plan for the same fiscal year at the end of each fiscal quarter.
This is a Q1 FY2024 status report of FISA-OPA's DEI-EEO initiatives and activities. It includes a comprehensive and detailed plan that meets the requirements of the City Charter and the NYC EEO Policy, for which it can be properly and realistically implemented in the current fiscal year 2024.

In compliance with Local Law 11 passed by the New York City Council in 2018, ACS submits quarterly reports on preventive services utilization to the Council.
NYC Child Welfare Indicators Report: These reports, in compliance with Local Law 20 of 2006 passed by the New York City Council in 2006, includes data on 12 child welfare indicators, such as staff caseloads, investigations, and reunifications, for the most recent quarter and calendar year.
In compliance with Local Law 34 of 2022, ACS submits quarterly reports and annual reports regarding the use of psychiatric medication by children in foster care.
Pursuant to Local Law 85 of 2015, the department provides information pertaining to the visitation of the incarcerated population in city jails for the prior quarter. This report includes data on the number of visitors to Rikers Island and Borough facilities.
This quarterly report lists all of the emergency feeding programs in NYC and all of the quantities of applications distributed reflect a quantity of “0“reflecting HRA's focus of submitting SNAP applications electronically.
