In accordance with Local Law 151, which was passed by the New York City Council on July 23, 2019, SBS is hereby reporting to the Council on a sample of 59 microbusinesses in the city to identify issues specific to microbusinesses.
This report describes the City's effort to ensure minority and women-owned businesses have greater access to public contracting opportunities. The reporting period covers program accomplishments for the first three quarters of Fiscal Year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - March 31, 2020)
In compliance with Local Law 22 of 2015, this report to the NYC Council includes a summary of the impact of services provided by the Worker Cooperative Business Development Initiative (WCBDI), to worker cooperatives during fiscal years 2020-2022.

Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspot (M.A.R.C.H.) inspections. M.A.R.C.H. is a multi-agency inspection, led by the NYPD.
