Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspots (M.A.R.C.H.) Operations Report Q1-Q2, 2020
In 2019, the NYC Council passed Local Law 220 (2019), requiring the Office of Nightlife at the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment to publish a semi-annual report of Multi-Agency Response to Community Hotspot (M.A.R.C.H.) inspections. M.A.R.C.H. is a multi-agency inspection, led by the NYPD.
