The request was ultimately approved by CPC subject to various terms and conditions.

The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see C 070080 PPQ, C 070081 and C 070082 ZSQ for applications filed concurrently with this one).

The Andalex Group submitted an application for a special permit to allow for the construction of a public parking garage on the ground floor and cellar of a building in Queens. The building is located at 45-31 Court Square in Hunter's Point.
The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would rezone 100 blocks in the Queensboro Hill, Cedar Grove, Kissena Heights, and Flushing-on-the Hill neighborhoods of Queens. This is in response to the concern that recent residential development is inconsistent with the established scale and character of the neighborhoods.
157 Hudson, LLC submitted an application for a special permit to modify the bulk and use regulations of the Special Tribeca Mixed-Use District in Manhattan, along with other manufacturing districts. This will facilitate the restoration, renovation, conversion and enlargement of an existing building in the area. The application, N 060531 ZAM, is being considered concurrently with this application.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the New York Cab Company Stables, located at 318-320 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan, as a city landmark. It was constructed in 1888-1890 and this designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
