The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would rezone 100 blocks in the Queensboro Hill, Cedar Grove, Kissena Heights, and Flushing-on-the Hill neighborhoods of Queens. This is in response to the concern that recent residential development is inconsistent with the established scale and character of the neighborhoods.
