A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding the landmark designation of the Sohmer & Co. Piano Factory Building by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on February 27, 2007 (Designation List No. 386/LP-2172) located at 31-01 Vernon Boulevard, Community District 1, Queens. It was ultimately concluded that the subject landmark designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any projected improvements or plans for growth and development in the vicinity of the landmark.
