The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an amendment to the Central Harlem East Uran Renewal Plan to facilitate development of a 6-story building tentatively known as the West 128th Street Apartments. The proposed plan will eliminate the restriction on Site 2 to allow residential development and change the language and format of the Renewal Plan.
