Columbia University submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would facilitate the development of a modern academic mixed-use campus in the Manhattanville section of West Harlem, Manhattan. The application, N 070496 ZRM, is being considered concurrently with this application.
Community Board 9 of Manhattan submitted a plan for consideration by the City Planning Commission. The plan will affect Manhattan's Community District 9, bounded by West 110th Street, the Hudson River, West 155th Street and Jackie Robinson, St. Nicholas, and Morningside parks.
