NYC Government Publication

Community Board 9 of Manhattan submitted a plan for consideration by the City Planning Commission. The plan will affect Manhattan's Community District 9, bounded by West 110th Street, the Hudson River, West 155th Street and Jackie Robinson, St. Nicholas, and Morningside parks. The goal of the plan is to build a strong social, economic and cultural base in the area, while establishing appropriate infrastructure and conditions for its residents.
