It was completed in 1911 and was once the leading producer of money, securities, and other types of printed and engraved products. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application to facilitate the development of a mixed-use building. The building is located in Brooklyn and will be used as residential and commercial space. The building is tentatively known as New Lots Plaza.
