This report discusses the application submitted by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, requesting for the UDAAP of the area on 37-10 37th Avenue to facilitate development of a building that will be known as Macedonia Plaza in Queens.

The Department of Housing Preservation and Development filed an application for a fourth amendment to the Bathgate Urban Renewal Plan, which would remove part of Lot 42, Block 2919 from the Bathgate Urban Renewal Area boundary. This will help facilitate the development of a non-profit institution with sleeping accomodations.
The Department of Parks and Recreation and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services filed an application for the site selection and acquisition of the High Line rail structure and associated easements. The property is located between West 30th Street, Tenth and Twelfth Avenues, and West 34th Street in Manhattan and will facilitate the future development of High Line open space.
The Department of Small Business Services submitted an application for the disposition of city-owned property to facilitate a lease for parking within the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal. The terminal is occupied by Axis Groups, Inc., who uses the site for the processing, storage and distribution of automobiles and general maritime cargo.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the Springs Mills building, located in midtown Manhattan between West 40th Street and West 39th Street, as a city landmark. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
The Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for site selection and acquisition of privately owned lots for the storage of stormwater. This is in response to the lack of sanitary storm sewers in Staten Island and the departments plan to enhance the existing storm drain system by increasing the capacity of the new storm drains.
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by The Refinery LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section Nos. 12c and 12d, changing an M3-1 district to R6 and R8 districts with a C2-4 commercial overlay, and to C6-2 districts to facilitate a 2.75 million-square-foot general large-scale development located at 264-350 and 317-329 Kent Avenue in Community District 1, Brooklyn.
