City Planning Commission Report - Whitney Woods South Beach Bluebelt (C 100231 PCR)
The Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for site selection and acquisition of privately owned lots for the storage of stormwater. This is in response to the lack of sanitary storm sewers in Staten Island and the departments plan to enhance the existing storm drain system by increasing the capacity of the new storm drains.
