A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) and the Department of Small Business Services (SBS), pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter for the disposition of city-owned property pursuant to zoning located at various areas in Brooklyn, Community District 13. Approval would facilitate the development of amusement and entertainment uses pursuant to the proposed zoning in the proposed amusement and entertainment district. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see Related Actions for all applications filed concurrently with this one).

Hudson River Piers 92 and 94 - N 090223 ZAM - In the matter of an application submitted by the NYC Economic Development Corporation and MMPI Piers LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of
the NYC Charter for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 62-734(b) of the Zoning Resolution to modify the height and setback and length requirements of Section 62-342 for a structure on a pier in connection
with a proposed trade exposition facility on property located at Piers 92 and 94.
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding the landmark designation of the New York Public Library, Woodstock Branch by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on April 14, 2009 (Designation List No. 412/LP-2322), located at 761 East 160th Street in Community District 1, Bronx. It was ultimately concluded that the subject landmark designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any projected improvements or plans for growth and development in the vicinity of the landmark.
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by the Department of City Planning pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section Nos. 17d, 23a, 23c, and 23d to rezone all or portions of 250 blocks in an area generally bounded by Foster Avenue, Fresh Creek Basin/East 108th Street, the Belt Parkway/Seaview Avenue, and Paerdegat Basin/Paerdegat Avenue North in the Canarsie neighborhood of Community District 18, Brooklyn. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.

It was ultimately concluded that the subject landmark designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any projected improvements or plans for growth and development in the vicinity of the landmark.
