A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by the Economic Development Corporation pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter for for amendments of the Zoning Resolution, concerning the addition of Article 12, Chapter 6 (Special College Point District) and modifications of related sections. Approval of this action along with the related zoning map amendment would facilitate the establishment of the Special College Point District in Queens, Community District 7. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see Related Action for all applications filed concurrently with this one).
