Mayor Eric Adams celebrated the New York City Council’s approval of the Atlantic Avenue Mixed-Use Plan, the second DCP-led neighborhood plan approved under the Adams administration. The plan will bring approximately 4,600 homes and 2,800 permanent jobs to the Atlantic Avenue corridor.
