This volume reports on the capacity required by DSNY for DSNY-managed Waste at each of the Converted MTSs, the quantity of capacity potentially available for private carters delivering commercial waste, and the results of the environmental review evaluating whether that capacity can be used without causing potentially unmitigatible adverse environmental impacts.
