NYC Government Publication

The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the Dollar Savings Bank, located at 2792 Third Avenue in the Bronx, as a city landmark. The bank was found in 1887 and it is located in The Hub, the oldest shopping district in the borough. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development.
