This report identifies critical gaps & deficiencies in the mental healthcare system that hinder New Yorkers with mental health needs from accessing and maintaining consistent connections to care. It reflects the city's steadfast commitment to the health, well-being, & safety of New Yorkers.
NYC Child Welfare Indicators Report: These reports, in compliance with Local Law 20 of 2006 passed by the New York City Council in 2006, includes data on 12 child welfare indicators, such as staff caseloads, investigations, and reunifications, for the most recent quarter and calendar year.
This is the annual report of the Waterfront Management Advisory Board. The purpose of the board is to advise the City of New York on matters related to its waterfront and waterways when it is convened.
Report shall include a statistical summary of the complaints received during such fiscal year, categorized by agency, type of complaint, agency response, mode of resolution, and such other factors as the public advocate deems appropriate; an analysis of recurring complaints and the public advocate's recommendations for administrative, legislative or budgetary actions to resolve the underlying problems causing the complaints; a summary of the findings and recommendations of the agency program reviews conducted during the fiscal year and a summary of the agency responses to such findings and recommendations; a summary of the charter requirements which, in the opinion of the public advocate are not being implemented by the city agencies and officers subject to them, including a description of the nature and extent of the failure to comply and a summary of the responses of the agencies or officers to the public advocate's conclusions; and a summary of improvements in charter compliance since the public advocate's last annual report . The report shall include an assessment of the fiscal implications of any recommendations presented
The annual report describes the activities of the Civic Engagement Commission for the year 2023. It includes charter mandated programs (citywide participatory budgeting, poll site language assistance, community board trainings) and reporting on the TRIE Neighborhood Initiative and DemocracyNYC.
