This is the tenth annual report of the New York City Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee (FRC). The FRC was established in 2005 through Local Law 61, which requires the FRC to summarize information pertaining to family-related homicides in aggregate to develop recommendations for the coordination and improvement of services for family-related violence victims.
