This report is a result of a partnership between CIDI and Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) Capstone program from January 2015 through May 2015. The report describes SIPA's literature review and methodology utilized to develop a neighborhood-level well-being index in six domains: Education, Health & Well-Being, Housing, Economic Security & Mobility, Core Infrastructure & Services, and Personal & Community Safety.
