A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by Governors Island Corporation doing business as The Trust for Governors Island pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, to add Article XIII, Chapter 4, establishing the Special Governors Island District in Community District 1, Borough of Manhattan, and to amend related Sections to modify the proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution to add physical culture or health establishments to the list of permitted uses.
