The IMPACT (Intensive Mentoring/Parents and Children Together) is a precursor to the Program Request for Proposal (RFP). IMPACT is a community-based program designed to meet the specialized needs of adolescents who are sentenced to probation (primarily) through Adult Criminal Court.
The Soundview Transportation Study resulted from a community request to address traffic congestion and safety on the Soundview peninsula. The study recommends several measures to improve traffic operations and enhance safety, including signal timing changes, converting two-way streets to one-way, and adding turning lanes on Castle Hill Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard.
The Civilian Complaint Review Board is an independent agency, who is empowered to receive, investigate, mediate, hear, make findings and recommend actions upon complaints against New York City police officers alleging the use of unnecessary force, abuse of authority, or the use of offensive language. This is the Executive Director's Report, given to the Board to assess, detailing the statistics of June 2013.
