CHS produces a quarterly health services access report, as required by the NYC Board of Correction, to monitor compliance with Minimum Standards on Health Care and Mental Health Care and identify strengths of the system, as well as major barriers to care.
In compliance with Local Law 44 of 2013 passed by the New York City Council, ACS posts quarterly and annual Incident Reports for Non-Secure Placement and Limited Secure Placement.
The Quarterly Grievance Report provides the public with data on the number of grievances submitted by individuals in custody throughout the quarter disaggregated by the method of submission, facility and housing area of submission, category of the grievance, and whether the grievance was grievable.
Report on efforts to implement the plan, including details of agency's efforts to ensure equal employment practices. Includes, but not limited to statistical information regarding total employment & efforts to provide fair and effective equal opportunity employment. Note: includes DHS & HRA.
Pursuant to LL124 of 2013, a report on the average time to conduct a safety and emissions inspection of a medallion taxi (hours:minutes) from the Taxi and Limousine Commission.
This report includes descriptive statistics by field operations location, on the size and demographics of the client population; levels at which financial assistance and social services are requested and granted; time frames for the provision of services; and data on case closings and re-openings.
