The Identifying Information Law requires City agencies to submit comprehensive biennial agency reports (Form 3). This document is related to the City Comptroller's collection, disclosure, and retention of identifying information and privacy protection practices.
Community Board are required to submit this information every two years. Community Board 7 does not share identifying information with the public nor agencies unless it is specifically required for constituent case.
Our office is required to submit this document and to share this information (2022 Identifying Information Law - Agency Report) with interested parties in the essence of being transparent. It provides the community an opportunity to review this information and become familiar with the practice.
