This is the City's Fiscal 2010 Preliminary Mayor's Management Report (PMMR). The report contains information and data tables describing the performance of the City and its agencies during the reporting period. The PMMR provides an early update of how the City is performing four months into the fiscal year, from July through October. The annual MMR, containing additional narrative and charts, is published in September to look at the City's performance for the recently ended fiscal year (July through June), in comparison to annual plans and previous years' performance. Agency submitted date as February 1, 2010.
