The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application to facilitate the development of three buildings in Brooklyn. These buildings will be used as residential units, known as Atlantic Avenue Residence, and they will be developed under the Habitat for Humanity Program.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the Mark W. Allen House, located at 665 Clove Road in Staten Island, as a city landmark. It was constructed between 1920 and 1921 and this designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development.
CD 8 Waterfront 197-a Plan - N 060096 NPM - concerning open spaces, parks and waterfront access in the Queensboro Bridge area of Community District 8, for consideration pursuant to Section
197-a of the NYC Charter.
Tribeca North Rezoning/Text Amendment - C 040545 ZSM - grant of a special permit to allow an attended public parking garage with a maximum capacity of 180 spaces on a portion of
the ground floor and cellar of a propsed mixed-use building.
Truffles LLC submitted an application for a Zoning Text amendment, which would change the Special Tribeca Mixed Use District by establishing new areas and applying new regulations to the district. The applications, C 040543 ZMM and C 040545 ZSM, are being considered concurrently with this application.
Terra Cotta LLC submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would allow for the construction of Silvercup West. Silvercup West is a development project proposed on the East River waterfront in Hunter's Point, Queens. The applications, C 050375 MMQ, N 060324 ZRQ, C 060325 ZSQ, C 060326 ZSQ, C 060327 ZSQ, N 060328 ZAQ, and N 060330 ZCQ, are being considered concurrently with this application.
Terra Cotta LLC submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which would establish a Special Mixed Use District on the East River waterfront property in Hunter's Point, Queens. Special permit provisions will also be established for signs in the proposed district and this will help facilitate the development of Silvercup West. The applications, C 050375 MMQ, C 060323 ZMQ, C 060325 ZSQ, C 060326 ZSQ, C 060327 ZSQ, N 060328 ZAQ, and N 060330 ZCQ, are being considered concurrently with this application.
