Executive Order No. 8 revokes Executive Order No. 122 and directs agencies to revise the City Agency Food Standards, directs the Mayor's Office of Food Policy to establish a Good Food Purchasing Program and directs all agencies to cooperate.

CREATION OF THE MAYOR’S OFFICE OF COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, over 1.6 million New Yorkers experience mental illness every year, with too many of them not having access to mental healthcare when they want or need it; and
WHEREAS, communities of color and low
Executive Order No. 6 orders all city agencies to adhere to its responsibility to respect free speech and the right to peaceful protest. Agency heads must evaluate their policies and ensure they are disseminating such information.
Establishes the titles, duties, and responsibilities of the six Deputy Mayors, the Chief of Staff to the Mayor, and the Chief Counsel to the mayor and City Hall. Revokes Executive Order No. 56, dated March 21, 2021.
Executive Order No. 29, dated, March 16, 2023, designation, there shall be six Deputy Mayors, a Chief Housing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Efficiency Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief Advisor, Chief Counsel to the Mayor, Dir. of Intergovernmental; etc. order shall take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 28, dated February 23, 2023, is being submitted as it relates to the Revocation of Executive Orders Relating to City Contractor Vaccination Requirement as amended by Executive Order No. 83, dated October 20, 2021, is hereby revoked. This Order shall take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 27 is being submitted by the power vested by the Mayor to appoint a Chief Public Realm Officer who will be reporting to the Deputy Mayor for Operations, dated February 16, 2023, effective immediately.
Executive Order No. 26, dated February 14, 2023, is being submitted to establish and implement procedures to secure meaningful M/WBE participation to make NYC more equitable and inclusive business environment for all vendors, including M/WBEs to operate.
Executive Order No. 25, dated February 6, 2023, is being submitted as per Section 1. Executive Order No. 75, dated August 2, 2021, as amended by Executive Order 76, dated August 17, 2021 is hereby revoked. This Order shall take effect on February 10, 2023.
Executive Order No. 24, dated January 27, 2023 is being submitted for the effectiveness and integrity of city government operations where there shall be a Mayor's Office of Risk Management and Compliance and there shall be a Mayor's Office of Municipal Services Assessment effective immediately.
Executive Order No. 23, dated September 22, 2022, as it relates to Clean Construction, whereas, the reduction of pollution in the City of New York is necessary to protect the health and safety of the City's residents.
Executive Order No 21, dated July 21, 2022 is final and revokes EO No. 31, dated March 7, 2018 effective immediately, if this relates to the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment, development of all forms of media and entertainment are vital to the economic success and cultural identity of NYC.
Executive Order No. 20, dated June 24, 2022, provides Jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings Over Specified Adjudications related to Special Education and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, revokes Executive Order No. 91, December 27, 2021, effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 2 orders specific agencies (DOB, DCWP, DEP, FDNY, DOHMH, and DSNY) to identify and review the procedures for the most frequently enforced provisions of the law for each agency and creates a working group to review agency suggestions.
Executive Order No. 19, dated June 2, 2022, as it relates to Gun Violence Prevention Task Force. The Task Force Shall be co-chaired by the Deputy Mayor for Strategic Initiatives an done community representative to be appointed by the Mayor.
Executive Order No. 18 dated May 16, 2022 as it relates to Chief Pension Administrator, whereas the Comptroller, through the Bureau of Asset Management is the investment advisor to, and custodian of, the five System funds.
Executive Order No. 17, dated May 16, 2022, as it relates to Chief Investment Advisor, whereas the City has five pension systems that offer defined benefit retirement plans to nearly 350,000 City employees and 320,000 retirees or their beneficiaries: the New York City Employees' Retirement System.
Executive Order No. 16, dated May 12, 2022, as it relates to Rikers Island Interagency Task Force. Whereas, developing and implementing the plan for reform required by the Nunez consent decree requires a multi-faceted and aggressive inter-agency approach.
Executive Order No. 15, dated May 2, 2022 effective date, shall take effect immediately, as it relates to Small Business Advisory Commission, promoting the local economy and fostering workforce development through programs and initiatives.

Executive Order No. 13 dated April 6, 2022 Chief Efficiency Officer and Reporting of Efficiency Metrics relates to improving effectiveness, productivity and efficiency in government operations provided in the Mayor's Management Report (MMR).
Executive Order No. 11 rescinds Executive Order No 79, dated September 10, 2021 (which was continued by Executive Order No. 1 dated January 1, 2022). This relates to the City's response to the COVID 19 pandemic.
