Emergency Executive Order No. 512, is being submitted to extend Emergency Executive Order No. 510, dated October 22, 2023, for five (5) days, if this relates to the state of emergency based on the arrival of thousands of individuals and families seeking asylum.
Due to extreme temperatures and humidity and related health risks, directs agencies to take steps to assist residents, and directs owners of certain office buildings to set thermostats no lower than 78 degrees, with certain exemptions. The Order is in effect 9AM July 19 until 11:59PM July 21, 2019.
Emergency Executive Order No. 93, extends Emergency Executive Order No. 90, dated May 8, 2022, for five (5) days, if this relates to Rikers, the Department of Correction's staffing shortages are affecting health operations, including availability of escorts to bring patients to the clinics.
