Establishes the titles, duties, and responsibilities of the six Deputy Mayors, the Chief of Staff to the Mayor, and the Chief Counsel to the mayor and City Hall. Revokes Executive Order No. 56, dated March 21, 2021.
Executive Order No. 44 dated September 16, 2024, as it relates to Sexual Health Education Task Force shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed revoked on December 31, 2029.
Executive Order No. 43 shall take effect immediately as it relates to Establishing an interagency City Housing Activation Taskforce, to address the housing shortage, dated August 21, 2024; and shall expire and be deemed revoked on December 31, 2024.

Executive Order No. 40, dated February 23, 2024, is being submitted as it relates to the designation of Deputy Mayors and Senior Leadership shall take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 4 establishes the Office of Climate and Environmental Justice and the position of Chief Climate Officer. revokes Executive Order No. 149, dated June 27, 2011.
Executive Order No. 39 Improving City Fleet and Truck Safety, dated February 15, 2024; is being submitted to take effect immediately. City of New York remains committed to protecting the health and safety of all New Yorkers and road users by ensuring the safety of its streets.
Executive Order No. 38 is being submitted as the Establishment of the Task Force, establishing an interagency Housing at Risk Task Force, dated December 6, 2023. This order shall take effect immediately.

Executive Order No. 36 dated September 22, 2023, as it relates to the designation of the seven Deputy Mayors is being submitted to take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 35, dated September 21, 2023, is being submitted as it relates to ensure that all required prevailing and living wages are paid on all public works projects and service contracts to take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 34, dated August 8th, 2023, is being submitted to Improve the City-Wide M/WBE Contracting Results. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 33, dated July 3, 2023 is being submitted and pertains to the designation of Deputy Mayors and Senior Leadership effective immediately.
Executive Order No. 32 is being submitted prohibiting use of city resources to assist jurisdications seeking to enforce prohibitions on Gener-Affirming Care dated June 12, 2023, to take effect immediately.
Executive Order No. 31 shall take effect immediately. Chapter 225 provides the Public Housing Preservation Trust be governed by Board of Trustees, Chief Housing Officer of the City of New York, performs the duties and powers commensurate to a Deputy Mayor in areas of public policy, and housing.
