The Identifying Information Law requires City agencies to submit comprehensive biennial agency reports related to the collection, retention, and disclosure of identifying information and their privacy protection practices.
Submitted in accordance with Section 23-1205 of the NYC Administrative Code , this report relates to our agency's collection, disclosure and retention of identifying information and its privacy protection practices.
