Executive Order No. 1 continues all previous Executive Orders currently in effect unless specifically otherwise revoked, revised, or superseded by a subsequent Executive Order.
This report describes the City’s efforts to ensure minority and women-owned businesses have greater access to public contracting opportunities. The reporting period covers program accomplishments for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2022 (July 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021).
A list of the complaints received, the enforcement actions taken, whether the department of buildings authorized closure of such privately owned public space and if so, the duration of and reason for each such closure.
Pursuant to Local Law 132 of 2019, the Department is required to report on a monthly basis an aggregate report on non-production of individuals in custody to scheduled medical appointments. The data within the report represents the non-unique number of incarcerated individuals who were not produced.
These reports contain information on the number of accidents at construction sites, which are incidents where there has been an injury or fatality, occurring on a construction site (with or without work permit) or caused by construction activity on an adjoining site.
