The following report lists the number of crashes reported to TLC that involve a TLC-licensed vehicle. Below those lines, the number of TLC-licensed vehicles involved in those crashes are disaggregated by vehicle type. Please note that multiple TLC-licensed vehicles can be involved in a single crash.
Second quarterly report to the City Council regarding impact of Local Law 147. Local Law 147 requires TLC to submit quarterly reports on the impact of the year long moratorium on the new for hire vehicle licenses on vehicle ridership throughout the City.

Evaluation, recommendations and data car sharing program and reductions in the city fleet during the immediately preceding year. Fleet at DCAS has implemented a car and fleet share program. This is one of the largest such programs in the United States, implemented through a contract with Zipcar.
WHEREAS, limiting plastic waste will support both the City’s Zero Waste goals and carbon reductions, and eliminating the use of City funds for the unnecessary purchase of single-use plastics will allow the City to send less waste to landfills and cut emissions associated with the production.
