This report is a response to Local Law 97 of 2016, which requires the New York City
Department for the Aging (DFTA) to develop and conduct a survey of unpaid caregivers, create a comprehensive plan that addresses the needs of unpaid caregivers, and to report on the plan's progress.
On or before May 1 of each year, The Department of Finance is required to submit an annual report to the New York City Council no later than May 1 detailing the activities of OTA during the preceding year
The Public Design Commission meets once a month. The meeting agendas are posted online three business days in advance of each meeting and published in the City Record. Agendas are also distributed to all City Council members, Community Boards, and City agency liaisons.
