Annual report setting forth the professional standards for agency contracting officers adopted by the mayor, including any applicable certification process
The commissioner shall annually submit to the mayor, the board of estimate, and the council a detailed report on tenant relocation activities which are subject to the provisions of this section and recommendations in regard thereto and shall coordinate the efforts of and consider the reports, recommendations and suggestions of public and private agencies and civic groups in regard thereto

Report including a description of the intake and assessment process required by subdivision b of this section; the number of runaway and homeless youth referred through such process; where such youth were referred from; whether such youth accessed services through the process; and any recommendations for changes to the process
Report on the number of doula service hours provided, the types of services provided, and the number of incarcerated individuals served in the previous 6 month period
A report on the agency's efforts during the previous quarter to implement the plan adopted pursuant to paragraph 19 (annual plan) of Section 815(a),including details of agency's efforts to implement equal employment practices, including statistical information regarding total employment, including provisional, seasonal, per-diem and part-time employees, new hiring and promotions in a manner which facilitates understanding of an agency's efforts to provide fair and effective equal opportunity employment for minority group members, women and members of other groups who are employed by, or who seek employment with, city agencies
List of required features of universal design including an explanation as to why the department included such feature, and how such feature, to the greatest extent possible, improves accessibility for all individuals
Report on capital building projects including costs, LEED status, whether constructed as a low energy intensity or onsite energy generating building, additional costs attributable to complying with requirements, an assessment of the benefits achieved in comparison with base-case code compliant projects, remedial actions to be taken, exemptions granted, and other information
