This report presents data from Relay, a peer-led nonfatal overdose response system implemented in 2017 to engage individuals during an ED visit for a suspected opioid overdose. Using a harm reduction approach, Relay Wellness Advocates responded to over 2,700 suspected nonfatal overdoses in 2021.
