The New York City Department of Sanitation has announced that our appointment-based curbside e-waste collection program, put on hold during the pandemic, will resume, starting with service to Staten Island residents. Pursuant to Board of Correction minimum standard 5-40, this report, which evaluates sexual abuse and sexual harassment allegations made in city jails, analyzes emerging trends and assesses the corrective action contemplated and/or initiated at the facility level and department wide.
Covering a 6-month period, this report contains the total number of referrals received by APS, the number of referred individuals who were determined ineligible during the same period, and the reasons individuals were determined ineligible, a general description of the source of the referrals.
