DYCD in partnership with DHS launched a direct referral process to allow youth from DYCD-funded residential programs to more easily transition to the adult shelter system. Such practice was codified in Local Law 81 of 2018.
In compliance with Local Law 141 passed by the New York City Council in 2016, ACS submits an annual report on government issued personal identification for youth in foster care to the Council.

NYC Child Welfare Indicators Report: These reports, in compliance with Local Law 20 of 2006 passed by the New York City Council in 2006, includes data on 12 child welfare indicators, such as staff caseloads, investigations, and reunifications, for the most recent quarter and calendar year.
In compliance with Local Law 11 passed by the New York City Council in 2018, ACS submits quarterly reports on preventive services utilization to the Council.
A report on the agency's efforts to implement the plan, including details of agency's efforts to ensure equal employment practices. Includes, but not limited to statistical information regarding total employment & efforts to provide fair and effective equal opportunity employment.
Summarizes the City's financial commitment assumed through contracts registered in City Fiscal Year 2018 (“FY18”) and is derived from the City's Financial Management System (“FMS”). Also Includes comparative data and analysis of FY15, FY16, FY17 and FY18 registered Contract Actions.
