Pursuant to Local Law 152 of 2019, the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) compiled a report containing information related to storefront businesses citywide.
In compliance with Local Law 22 of 2015, this report to the NYC Council includes a summary of the impact of services provided by the Worker Cooperative Business Development Initiative (WCBDI), to worker cooperatives during fiscal year 2023.
A report on the agency's efforts during the previous quarter to implement the plan adopted pursuant to paragraph 19 (annual plan) of Section 815(a), including details of agency's efforts to implement equal employment practices, including statistical information regarding total employment, including provisional, seasonal, per-diem and part-time employees, new hiring and promotions in a manner which facilitates understanding of an agency's efforts to provide fair and effective equal opportunity employment for minority group members, women and members of other groups who are employed by, or who seek employment with, city agencies.

Pursuant to New York City Administrative Code 6-129(g)1, the following document has been submitted to the NYC Council Speaker. Each mayoral agency which has made eligible procurements in excess of $5MM during the preceding fiscal year is required to develop and submit an Agency Utilization Plan.

NYCSBS report to Council detailing: 1) number of registrants placed at jobs; 2) zip codes in which registrants placed at jobs reside; 3) job category/job classification of job placements (direct managed hires or self-placement); 4) industry of job placement; and 5) average hourly wage at placement.
