DSNY Commissioner Kathryn Harris announced the promotion of Arlana Davis to Assistant Commissioner for Real Estate. She will now be responsible for DSNY's real estate holdings which included more than 100 owned and leased facilities as well as bringing the department's plans for new facilities into existence.
