CREATION OF THE MAYOR’S OFFICE OF COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH
WHEREAS, over 1.6 million New Yorkers experience mental illness every year, with too many of them not having access to mental healthcare when they want or need it; and
WHEREAS, communities of color and low
Executive Order No. 32 is being submitted prohibiting use of city resources to assist jurisdications seeking to enforce prohibitions on Gener-Affirming Care dated June 12, 2023, to take effect immediately.
This Executive Order by the Mayor announces transfer of the Defense of Medical Malpractice Claims and Actions against the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation from the City to Such Corporation.
The Mayor of New York City orders that all City agencies must require all Contracted covered employees, including those already fully vaccinated against Covid-19, wear a face covering when interacting with members of the public.
The Mayor of New York City orders all newly hired City employees must provide proof of having received at least one dose of an approved Covid-19 vaccination prior to beginning their employment.
The Mayor of the City of New York orders that City Agencies must take all necessary actions to ensure that their contractors require their covered employees to wear a face covering at all times the employee will be physically interacting with City Employees and members of the public.
