Pursuant to Local Law 20-2018, this report contains the average wait times for HRA's Job and SNAP Centers. Report indicates monthly data for a full year by month. Note that due to COVID-19 most centers were closed as of April 2020.
Report on referrals to adult protective services. Each such report shall include, but not be limited to, the total number of referrals received by adult protective services during each six month period and the number of referred individuals who were determined ineligible during such six month period, disaggregated by the reasons individuals were determined ineligible, a general description of the source of the referrals, and the council district, community board, and zip code of the referred individuals
Five-year plan for providing free and low-cost civil legal services to those low-income city residents who need such services, identify obstacles to making such services available to all those who need them and describe what additional resources would be necessary to do so
Report on individuals aged 16-20 who applied for public assistance as head of household during the previous six months and of those, the total number accepted and rejected
Such report shall identify neighborhoods and populations most impacted by historical incarceration rates, analyze or assess ways in which reinvestment can reduce incarceration rates and identify opportunities for reinvestment in such communities that shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Investments address the root causes of crime and preventing crime, such as housing, public health and social programs; 2. Practices, policies and community investments that avoid contact with the criminal justice system for persons in mental health crisis, struggling with substance use disorder, homelessness and extreme poverty or other situations in which a traditional law enforcement response may be unwarranted or ineffective; and 3. Proposals for legislation, reviews of prosecutorial practices and police procedures that impact any such issues.
Reports engagement status of heads of household between & including the ages of 16-24. Information disaggregated by the following categories: 1) individuals aged 16 and 17; 2) individuals aged 18-20; and 3) individuals aged 21-24, calculated both as an actual number & percentage of caseload.
IDNYC quarterly report Includes, but not limited to, number cards issued, cards to minors, denials made to requesting agencies for information collected about applicants, efforts to promote acceptance such as banks, outreach, & types of services that accept the ID as proof of identity and residency
