Report on the program established through city charter and codes title 11, sections 250-278, inclusive of its effects in the city and including information on certificates of eligibility issued and jobs created in each area where benefits are available.
Report to include, but need not be limited to: (i) recommendations for administrative or legislative changes that may improve the fairness, efficiency and effectiveness of the tax lien sale process; (ii) any findings or facts that support such recommendations, (iii) evaluation of installment agreements and consideration of prospective changes to the terms of installment agreements; (iv) the impact of the tax lien sale process on affordable housing; and (v) any additional information deemed relevant by the task force
Report on the number of properties for which the lower interest rate was imposed pursuant to the provisions of this local law, the total amount of tax due and the total amount of interest reduced pursuant to this local law, disaggregated by the total amount of tax due and the total amount of interest reduced pursuant to subdivisions 1 and 2 of section 1 of LL 85/2021, and the aggregate value of the real property tax liability of those properties
Report on the number of properties for which the 7.5 percent interest rate was imposed pursuant to the provisions of this local law and the aggregate value of the real property tax liability of those properties
Report on the number of properties for which the zero percent interest rate was imposed pursuant to the provisions of this local law and the aggregate value of the real property tax liability of those properties
Report on the number and nature of inquiries received by the department of finance and the 311 citizen service center regarding the rent increase exemption programs; (ii) the number, nature, and resolution of comments and complaints received by the ombudspersons designated pursuant to paragraph one of subdivision a of this section regarding the rent increase exemption programs; and (iii) any recommendations made by any such ombudsperson to the commissioner of finance regarding the administration of such rent increase exemption programs.
Report on the number of properties and cooperative ownership properties for which the zero percent interest rate was imposed pursuant to the provisions of LL 86/2021, the total amount of tax due and the total amount of interest reduced pursuant to this local law, disaggregated by the total amount of tax due and the total amount of interest reduced pursuant to each of subdivisions (a), (b) and (c) of section 1 of this local law, and the aggregate value of the real property tax liability of those properties and cooperative ownership properties
