The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment to the Zoning Resolution, which would update, streamline and clarify regulations related to the administration of the city-wide (E) designations Program. (E) designations are environmental controls and ensures that hazardous materials, air quality or noise are addressed prior to the development of a site.
