The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for the Urban Development Action Area designation and project for the area at 7 Saratoga Avenue and 1510-1524 Broadway to facilitate the development of a 2-story building commercial building that will be known as Anchor Broadyway Site 3.
The Administration for Children's Services, the Department for the Aging and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for the acquisition of privately-owned property, located at 3001 West 37th Street in Brooklyn. This will allow for the continued use of the space as a day care and senior citizens center.

The request was ultimately approved by CPC, subject to various terms and conditions.
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by SCW West LLC pursuant to Section 197-c and 201 of the New York Charter for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 74-681 of the Zoning Resolution to allow portions of a railroad right-of-way which will be completely covered by a permanent platform to be included in lot area for the development of two hotels on a through block property located west of Tenth Avenue between West 43rd and West 44th streets in the Special Clinton District Other Area and Preservation Area, Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC, subject to various terms and conditions.

Pursuant to Sections 197c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment to the zoning map Section No. 9d to change the zoning on a portion of one block from R6B and R6B/C2-3 to R7A/C2-3 to facilitate the development of a new mixed-use building containing approximately 100 residential units and approximately 30,800 square feet of retail on the ground floor in Queens, Community District 4. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.

The amendment would allow for the construction of a five-story West Wing building and South Entrance in conjunction with the hospital's modernization and expansion plan proposed for its 6.4 acre campus in Flushing, Queens.
