The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for the Urban Development Action Area designation and project approval for the area on 1087 East Tremont Avenue in order to facilitate rehabilitation of an existing community facility building.

Central Parking Systems submitted an application for a special permit to convert an existing accessory parking garage to a public parking garage. The garage is located at 159 West 48th Street in Manhattan and it will be expanded to better accommodate the area.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated 311 Broadway, located at 311 Broadway in Manhattan, as a city landmark. The building was constructed in 1856-1857 and is an example of Italian Renaissance-inspired commercial palaces. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
