All licensees and registrants are hereby directed to complete waste collection and remove all
containers in the affected areas before 4:00 a.m. on December 31, 2022.
A report on the agency's efforts during the previous quarter to implement the plan adopted pursuant to paragraph nineteen (annual plan) of Section 815(a),including details of agency's efforts to implement equal employment practices, including statistical information regarding total employment, including provisional, seasonal, per-diem and part-time employees, new hiring and promotions in a manner which facilitates understanding of an agency's efforts to provide fair and effective equal opportunity employment for minority group members, women and members of other groups who are employed by, or who seek employment with, city agencies.
Detailed report on activities pertinent to the market, including listing of names and addresses of all conducting business in the market, acts of physical violence, all threats of such to person and/or property, referrals to prosecutions and results of same.

For every vehicle with BIC-issued Trade Waste Conveyance Plates (“BIC plates”) and a GVWR over
10,000 pounds, you must:
1. Submit proof of side guard installation including photographs through the BIC Online
Portal;
OR
2. Apply for a waiver of the side guard requirement from BIC
Customer register data for the period July 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022 is due by October 31, 2022.
Violations will be issued for noncompliance. Customer register submissions must be COMPLETE and
ACCURATE to comply with the requirement.
The New York City Business Integrity Commission (the “Commission” or “BIC”) is proposing to amend Title 17 of the Rules of the City of New York relating to the maximum rates permitted to be charged by a licensee for the collection, removal, disposal, or recycling of trade waste.
The Identifying Information Law requires City agencies to submit comprehensive biennial agency reports (Form 3) related to their collection, disclosure, and retention of identifying information and their privacy protection practices.
What are we proposing? The New York City Business Integrity Commission (the “Commission”
or “BIC”) is proposing changes to Title 17 of the Rules of the City of New York to implement side
guard requirements for heavy duty trade waste vehicles as required by New York City
