As required by New York City Administrative Code, Title 25, Section 318, report containing the June 2024 Staff Level Reports of the Landmarks Preservation Commission
Local Law 116 of 2017, as amended by Local Law 250 of 2017, requires that the Department of City Planning (“DCP”) provide a report on privately owned public spaces (“POPS”) on July 1, 2019, and annually thereafter, to the Mayor and to the Speaker of the Council of the City.
Each agency head shall then submit quarterly reports to DCAS, as well as
to the mayor, city council, and EEPC, on the agency’s efforts during the
previous quarter to implement the Agency Diversity and EEO Plan.

New York City Business Integrity Commission (the “Commission”) is proposing changes to Title 17 of the Rules of the City of New York to prepare for the implementation of the commercial waste zone program. Additionally, the Commission is proposing to increase the rate cap imposed upon licensees.
